I am a long-time user of first IT7 and now IT9 pro, and I am pretty good at creating and managing my shortcuts and creating simple shortcuts to modify text such as inserting speaker headings with keeping the formatting or deleting a few words, things like that.
However, I have been looking through IT9 pro and there are a multitude of commands and possibilities that I have no idea how to use such as Snippets or the other more advanced features. Looking at the HELP material is absolutely no help to me at all. And looking through the IT9 forum does not help either.
Could someone PLEASE make some tutorials on how to use these features in a video format or more expanded material? We need really practical videos not written in programmer language but done by some advanced users. For instance, I am now doing editing of AI-generated text for general transcription, and I see things I "think" look like they could be useful, but I need more help in how to apply what is there. I think this program is so much more complex and could be so much more useful if I could only get more help in understanding these concepts. I also believe if those were available, it would greatly increase the use and customer base of the software if people only knew what was there and what it could really do.
