This is the pick loop that was already doable with IT7.

I have found an elegant way to do it using snippets. I think even for those who don't fully understand the concept, it should be easy to mimic the example.

Concerning the Toggle Previous Word pick loop the action to repeat is NOT:

{Ctrl Shift Left}{ToggleCase}{NoSpacing}

because as you mention you will keep toggling the same word back and forth. :-)

You need to repeat the following sequence isntead:

{Ctrl Shift Left}{ToggleCase}{Ctrl Left}{NoSpacing}

The trick is the added {Ctrl Left}.
