Replace All formatting

I'm trying to make a ReplaceAll command that will replace all hyphens with nonbreaking hyphens. I'm using the html code in the example and using {Ctrl A} at the start to select the entire document. When I run the command it changes the font, font size, and bolds and underlines the entire document. What am I doing wrong?
