I had to reinstall my Parallels virtual machine that allows me to run Windows on my Mac laptop. When I then downloaded Instant Text Pro 9 on Windows, it says "Your activation code is not recognized for this computer."
Do I need to wait until Textware Solutions opens tomorrow at 9 AM for them to have them either reset my computer id on their end to allow activation on my reinstalled virtual machine or else send me a new activation code?
I am definitely installing IT 9 Pro via Chrome on Windows, not on my Mac. And I just renewed my subscription earlier this month.
