Adding glossary entry in upper case in short column?

I find myself constantly correcting the word NO to No. My fingers just will not release the shift key before I hit the O. I used Shortcut for windows but was not able to get it to link to Meditech in remote desktop. Shortcut had options that I could set that would auto correct this for me. I have not found anything in IT V Pro that would give me this option. I keep trying to get it to save the short as NO and correct to No but it will only save the short in lowercase. Do you know if it is possible?
