IT 7 Pro not expanding long expansions in Meditech

I downloaded the trial version of IT 7 Pro and I am still having the same problem that I had with IT V Pro. If I save a large file it expands in word but will not expand in Meditech. I have to save the same files in very small files. Is there a setting that I need to change to allow the full expansion? I have to access Meditech through remote desktop.
