Unable to choose phrases correctly

I'm having the same problem. When I choose a phrase, the wrong one sometimes comes up; it is always a short form with a digit in it.

I've noticed that these are short forms that were created from my compilations, not from phrases that I created myself.

Does this mean that I have to go through all my compilations and remove any phrases with a digit in them?
