Quit working

When I logged on to try and work this morning, IT is suddenly not working at all. Everything is green and I can't figure out any reason for it not to work. I tried restarting my computer to no avail. I have a lot of work to get done and it's gonna take me so much longer if I can't use my IT. Please help me fix it.
