Need help creating command

We are going up on back end speech recognition and I am trying to come up with an instant text command that will change the case of a word or phrase if not recognized by back end speech.

Examples would be:

Chief complaint should have been CHIEF COMPLAINT
LABS should have been Labs

Any help would be appreciated. I know that shift F3 is the toggle for case in MS Word, just not sure how to get this into an Instant Text entry.
