Command entry still not working

Okay, I plugged in exactly what you have there (free-hand typed the {NoSpacing} because I don't know what keyboard shortcut that is):

{command}Continued…{Ctrl Enter}continued{Enter}{Enter}{NoSpacing}

And this is what printed (with the page break):

Continued…

The page break is in the right place, but I don't know why it is just typing the "c" and not the 2nd "continued." Any ideas?
