Ctrl+Ctrl

I use Extext and Ctrl+Ctrl opens up the ESP window, which I don't use, of course, because I have IT. The ESP is an add-in that can be disabled by clicking Tools, Templates and Add-Ins, then un-checking the box that shows the ESP add-in. That stays in effect for my entire session. To get rid of it for good, I'd have to delete that add-in, but I don't because I work on a company-provided computer that Extext is installed on. So, I just disable the add-in each time I start a new Extext session. I hope this helps.
