You can use a command entry to switch glossaries

The Instant Text/Load glossary command loads the glossary if it is not yet in the active glossary list. If it is already in the active glossary list, the command will just highlight it and thus switch to the desired glossary.

This kind of command is best in a separate commands glossary that you then have included in all your glossaries in the list. You may be in any of your active glossaries when you need this command!
