Speech Recognition

I just found out today that the hospital I transcribe for will be starting to transition to back-end speech recognition starting in April of this year. I love my Instant Text, and I am just now getting it tweaked to where it is very profitable. Can I still utilize Instant Text in some form for back-end speech recognition? I have heard nothing but nightmares about speech recognition and am a little petrified of it, let alone what my income will be. Can anyone share how they use IT with speech recognition, if it can be done?
