SR example

I have several dictators that will dictate commas when they actually mean periods. For example: The patient is going to follow up with Dr. Smith, she will call for an appointment. Rather than manually backspace, delete, insert period, space, space, and then capitalize the S, I want to be able to place my cursor at "she", take out the comma, insert a period, and have the S capitalized in the word "she" to start a new sentence with a shortcut command.

I just couldn't figure out how to capitalize or take out unwanted spacing within a command shortcut.
