We call it the {Lowercase} command :-)

Basically your command should look as follows:

{command}{Backspace},{Right}{Shift Right}{LowerCase}{NoSpacing}

and you should expand it by typing your short form directly after the period. If there are two spaces after the period, you may need to replace {Right} by {Right}{Right} in your sequence.
