Making a shortcut for a command

Hi...on a speech rec account I have, we have to use the alt shift G combination to make the cursor jump to where the voice is--this is a very awkward command, not easy to perform...I would like to make a shortcut like alt J or alt O or some easy combo of keys to hit...or maybe the F8 function key...for this command...not sure how to do it with Instant Text...would appreciate help
