Sort of solved my problem

Okay so for no good reason I decided to disable Bonjour Services and anything else related to Apple (don't know what this will mean for iCloud but that is less of a problem!) and suddenly IT 7 and IE9 play nicely. Now if I can just get my elevated command prompt back... A little bit of computer knowledge is a dangerous thing. I'd still be interested to hear what anyone else knows about problems with Bonjour/IE9/Instant Text though and if anyone has any ideas about that elevated command prompt although that's really not IT's fault now is it?
