Backing up glossaries on FAQ page

Hi Lindy,

That error means that IT cannot find your glossary file because it has either been moved to a different location or has been deleted.

You would need to restore your glossary files back to the location referenced in the error messages.

For instructions on how to properly back-up your glossary files and also copy the glossaries to a second computer, please see the FAQ page.
