I have an address glossary with physician names and addresses.

I would also like to have JUST the name (or first line) of this glossary as a separate entry.

John Doe, MD
Address
Address

I want an entry that just has "John Doe, MD." Is there an automated way to do this? I know I can do it by hand, but ewwwwwwwwww.....LOL!
