If you import an address list you can choose a number of different ways of abbreviating your addresses:

Initials
First name
Last name
First name last name
Last name first name
As Word entry

When you choose the last option, you will get a glossary with all the addresses and the names of your doctors.

The addresses will be in the Phrase section and the abbreviation will be the last name (some editing will be needed for d
