But WOW!! I can't believe how helpful this was. I have 6 facilities with probably over 1000 dictators between them, but some of the dictators are REALLY difficult. I like how you have everything organized and it really gave me an idea of how to set mine up (especially since they all want headings a different way and one even wants drug frequencies written out). I don't plan on doing individual glossaries for every doctor but for some of the more difficult ones I definitely will be. I love the includes option in IT and how fast it can be to change glossaries.

One question though, I take it your "management glossary" is the one with all the commands to change glossaries to the different doctors? I never thought about doing that until reading your message. That would be helpful in managing the commands to get into all the different glossaries. Even if I didn't do the individual doctors and just did my facilities, by the time I get specialized glossaries for each specialty, I was wondering how I would manage that efficiently if I only have 9 advisory lines (I'm coming from SH, so I thought 9 was a good place to start since I have 9 on that).
