Question on the Shorts.glo glossary

I searched the board on shorts and found the message about it not being a good idea to empty the shorts glossary. I want to understand if it's okay to delete a lot of them, though, that the key word there was EMPTY. I'd rather ask before I do something and have to pay for it later! I posted this same question under a previous message and it didn't go to the top, so that's why I'm posting again. I'll get it, sorry!
