once you are in the Add Glossary Entry window.
When you are in an Instant Text menu or an Instant Text window such as the Add or the Glossary Viewer window, you can use the classic Windows keyboard shortcuts. For instance, you can use Ctrl A to select All, Shift+Home to highlight the short form, Alt D to delete, the Tab key or the arrow keys to move around in a menu, etc.
