editscript not full screen when sharing with IT

I have EditScript MT and when shared with IT, only half of the screen is allowed to be used. Half of the screen is black below the screen and so only a small part of editscript is able to be viewed at a time. I know I had this issue when I used edistscript before and Marianne was able to fix this for me simply.
