«Our Transcription Department is networked. Is it possible to monitor daily line counts from one p.c. instead of the individual p.c.s?»

YES

«If so, how can we do this.»

On each machine, the Journal file is in the InstText/Log. So your Network Administrator can provide the Monitor with access rights for this folder on each individual machine. Actually, another possibility for the Network Administrator is to write a procedure that will copy the individual journals every day to the Monitor's machine or to some folder on a Network drive.

P.S. In a later release, we could conceivably allow the specification of the location of the Log Folder. This way, the individual machines could be set up to log on subfolders of a network drive. (Should there be an interest in getting that earlier, you can call me.)
