With both IT III Pro and my employer's stand-alone WP51 type program open, I use IT III Pro as a stand-alone word processor. When the report is finished, I use the right mouse button to select all, then cut. Next I move to the WP51 program and copy the text from the clipboard to the WP51 program (in this particular version there is a button--you may be able to use keyboard commands or pull-down menu to do this). I have to add any special formatting at this point.
