You enter the first command Ctrl Shift 3 via the Command menu
in the Add window. Then you add the bold command Ctrl B and
finally you go to Command=>Spacing & Capitalization and add
the NoSpacing command.

Your entry should look like this:

{command}{Ctrl Shift 3}{Ctrl B}{NoSpacing}

You may need to introduce a Wait command between {Ctrl Shift 3}
and{Ctrl B}
