It is "the impossible dream" to have come up all 5,000 words of the Medstart glossary
by typing just one letter. :-)
The fact that they are listed under their first letters means that you are free to choose
the letters you want to type in the order left to right starting with the first one.
More about this with examples at the Help link below.
If you want to be able to pull up a certain word with just 2 letters you can assign
a dedicated short form and the word will come up in the Phrase advisory such as
sx for sinus or dx for diagnosis.
