I hope I can explain this properly. I have a new computer and installed IT onto it. Per instructions, I created a new account. I tried to make this account a Microsoft account so it would sync with everything but MS refused to allow 2 accounts on same computer. So, I have IT working great on the 2nd account. My problem starts there. I cannot get any of my other programs, software, or laptop to sync with this account. I am unable to get my emails to work on this account as well. Is there any way to combine these 2 accounts under the first account name or move the IT to the first account now that it is on the computer? I tried the password sent on the first account, but IT will not accept it.
