Another way of doing this is to take your He/Him glossary and create a she/her glossary. Here is how:
  1. Take the glossary and create a copy called hehim.glo.
  2. Then create another copy called sheher.glo
  3. In sheher.glo do systematic replacements of he by she and him by her.
  4. Merge the two glossaries hehim.glo and sheher.glo
  5. Condense the resulting glossary

This should do it. Essentially, it will produce a glossary where all gender forms are in two. In addition, condensing will have reduced the common forms.
