Congratulations on successfully finding your solution! I'm so sorry I forgot about frequencies - big DUH! And why would I forget something so obvious? Because most of my glossary customizing is in my personal glossary which I created and saved in Word - thus avoiding frequencies. (Which I like, of course, and have in my compiled glossaries.) Fortunately, you had plenty of help and were creative enough to get it done.
