This is a file access rights issue.

With Instant Text 8, the ini file location is not the Windows folder anymore, but the InstantTextWNP\Settings folder. With Instant Text 8, it is easy to transfer your installation from one computer to another, because all you need to do is copy the InstantTextWNP over from one computer to the other.
