VDI and IT

I have been trying to use IT within the VDI, and even though I use it as administrator, it doesn't work very well. I notice mostly when I have an actual transcription dictation and not an edited document. The expanded version just doesn't come out correctly. For example, if I were to type in tpw for "the patient was" I might get "the patnt was".

It is virtually impossible to use IT for a transcribed document. Do you have any suggestions? I'm really desperate!
