Won't link to Netscribe

Hello everyone! My company is moving to a new platform called Netscribe and I have been asked to test it. Instant Text doesn't seem to be able to link to it. It is set up to automatically link and looks like it is linked when I check or perform the manual linking, but as soon as I maximize the netscribe window instant text minimizes. I cant get them to work together. Help? Thanks!
