Saving a compiled glossary

When you compile a glossary in Instant Text 7, Instant Text creates a new glossary that you can save under the name of the specialty or the doctor for whom you want to use this glossary.

When you do another compilation from a new report or a number of new documents, Instant Text creates another glossary. Even though it may be for the same specialty or the same doctor, you may want to give it a different name appending a number as you don't want to overwrite the previously created glossary.

To use both glossaries you can either merge them or simply include one into the other.
