Using the Dates glossaries as included glossaries:
Dates_010120XX.glo
Dates_0101XX.glo
Dates_MDY20XX.glo
will automatically produce the 2020 dates in the 3 formats:
01/01/2020
01/01/20
January 1, 2020

However, as 2020 is a leap year you will need to add the date of February 29th.
