It should be in your InstText\Exe_v7 folder

Type Win E to open your file browser.
Go to your InstText\Exe_v7 folder and double click ITGenDates.exe

If the file is not there, DO NOT UNINSTALL, just download and run the installer anew to make sure you get the latest Instant Text version.
