Instant Text with Dolbey Fusion

I am trying to get my IT 7 Pro to work with Fusion Dolbey Transcription Desktop for a new account I just got.

I can dock IT to the window just fine, but it does not pick up any keystrokes in the Microsoft Word window that opens with the transcription. IT is docked to this window.

I have been told that IT works great with this software... How do I get it to pick up keystrokes?
