Files still not moving properly

Did that, and still had issues.

I read the instructions on the website on where to place the files. So, I created folders with the appropriate title and copied my glossaries again and put them in the new folders.

This time around, when I opened my master glossary, all the included files are showing up on the "include glossary" screen, but I cannot delete them from being included.

So, something is not right.

I tried to uninstall instant text but my computer could not read one of the files so I could not uninstall.

I think I need to have tech support as this may be too complicated for this forum.
