New to Instant Text a lot of initial questions.

Hi Everyone,

Okay, here is my first barage of questions about Instant Text:


1. I am going to be using IT w/ Jon's Knowle's ABCZ glossaries (I just love the ABCZ method).

2. However, when I scan documents in IT and it captures a lot of phrases and words for me,

3. Do I just let IT creat the shortcuts or Abbreviations or do I need to go in there and ABCZize all the words and phrases so I can pull them up quickly.


Next set of questions:

1. When including glossaries, my idea is to have One big glossary named (account name) containing the following:

Abcz
Dates
Names
Oncology (imported from friend on same account using past work reports)


2. Question: If my ABCZ glossary is contained in the set of glossaries or file above can it ALSO be used in another set of glossaries like this:

Big glossary name (different account name) and contain:

Abcz (even though ABCZ is used in the above glossary too)
Dates
Names
Ob/Gyn


Will that work?

1. Marker keys.
2. When typing an abbrev, do you have to type it in brackets? {gass} or just one bracket like this gass} ?
