I have not received the program but it's coming. I will read the owner's manual cover to cover and then come back w/ another set of questions. I think IT is the ticket to faster production. However, because it can do so much (and I'm not technically inclined) my learning curve is going to be a bit long. I will work w/ Jon Knowles on the ABCZ side of things. I love that system and am very comfortable with it. Again, thank you for your time in responding. Dawn M
