In Windows, the Print Screen button captures an image
of what appears on your entire screen and stores it on the Clipboard. Alt + Print Screen captures an image of the active window or dialog box and stores it on the Clipboard. You then need to switch to a document in Word (or other program) and press Ctrl + V to paste the image. The image can be manipulated in documents like any other graphic. | |||||||||
