My line reporter does not compute the same lines as my MTSO.

I have just recently started using IT and have finally figured out how to keep a running report on the files that I type for a two week period. However, I have noticed that even though I put in .09 cents per 65 character line, it computes more lines then what my MTSO shows. Is there a way to figure out how to correct this?
