In the Windows Explorer:

Tools/Folder Options/File Types, select GLO or click on New and add GLO if it is not already there. In my case, it shows:

Details for 'GLO'extension
Opens with UltraEdit-32 Professional

and there is a Change button on the right if you want to change it.
