A Technique for Positioning the Cursor

This topic may have been covered before, but I searched the forum and could not find it. If there are other forum entries on the topic, please let me know.

I wanted to be able to enter the following:

‹quote›
‹/quote›

and automatically position the cursor after the first right-facing angle bracket (>). I thought I'd read about this in the help or on the forum, but could not find a reference.

The solution, of course, is simple and obvious, but it took me a little while to discover it. I simply needed to create a glossary entry that had enough {Left} commands to move the cursor to where I wanted it.

Another way position the cursor is with {Ctrl Left} or {Home} and {Left}:

quotes {command}‹quote›{Enter}‹/quote›{Home}{Left}

I don't know why I never thought of this before. This technique will be very useful to me, so I wanted to pass it on.
