Base Glossary Entries First

Instead of including your base glossary with Dr. Doright, include Dr. Doright with your base glossary. There's no reason you can't keep your base glossary separate; that's what I do. That way, you can use your base glossary anywhere, keeping it highly portable rather than comingling it with other glossaries. :)
