Making the most of advisory lines

You have several choices for dealing with this.

You could have more advisory lines showing. You don't say how many you currently use, but it may be feasible to at least add one or two more.

You could move the included glossaries up so that their entries show above those of your "base" glossary.

You could recompile your "base" glossary, choosing a higher number for Minimum Word Frequency in the Compilation Screen.

After you do this and hit Go so that compilation takes place, look at the number in the Average box of that same screen. This is the average number of phrases per phrase group. Ideally, this should be close to the number of advisory lines you have showing when you work.

If it is higher, around 10, for instance, and you only use 4 lines, there will be, on average, 6 phrases per phrase group that won't appear in your advisories. If it is way too high, just adjust the Minimum Word Frequency figure again and recompile; it only takes a few seconds. I hope this makes sense.
