Do I have too many glossarys?

Thanks for the reply, it helped. I did a compile and then a quick test and my phrases seem to be a bit better (with the limited test that I did)... Oh, I use 9 advisory lines because that is the most I can use without having to scroll to get to any particular selection...

I guess my concern is what to do with 22 entries for "bs"... (bowel sounds, blood sugar, bone scan, etc). Do I have too many glossarys included?

I might be naive wrt IT, but my thought is that if I have my IT set up and consistent I can be more efficient... e.g. I know that if I type "bp5;" I will get blood pressure because it is ALWAYS the 5th entry. Now if I sometimes include this or sometimes include that, my advisory will change and I will have to give more of my attention to what is in the advisory than if I already know what is there... That way I can use my attention to listen and to look for advisory entries that I do not know...

Am I missing the point of IT? Comments and suggestions are certainly welcome!!

Cheers,

Curtis
