Hi,

As Jean notes, you can devise or use an existing abbreviation method to reach those "bs" entries and many others, regardless of how many glossaries you Include. If you have a rule-based abbreviation method, you can access thousands of forms without having to memorize and using the same keystrokes each time. The order of glossaries in Includes does matter, though, and will affect what you see in the advisories.

The ABCZ method uses 3 main rules which are described on my web site. One of these is for two-word phrases. Another is for individual words. You can convert to this method, or a similar method, using the very powerful Workshop features. For example, first convert the words, then convert the two-word phrases and you can quickly have thousands of entries ready to go.

Or if you want to use an extensive (90,000 entries) set of glossaries for doing MT which incorporate the ABCZ method, please take a look at the descriptions on the ABCZ web site.
