Wait before we add a capability that is already there :-) If I understand you correctly, you add the entry without the colon but with a trailing underscore: curmed CURRENT MEDICATION_ Then you expand "curmed;" to CURRENT MEDICATIONS and add a colon. You now have CURRENT MEDICATIONS: and the colon forces capitalization of what's next! (The trailing underscore tells IT to remove the tentative space after the expansion when entering what's next: here, the colon.) I just tried it and it works. In summary, you type "curmed;:now" and get "CURRENT MEDICATIONS: Now" Jean Ichbiah
